What It Does

BeatEdit Bundle 2 from mamoWorld packages three tools into one purchase: BeatEdit for After Effects, BeatEdit 2 for Premiere Pro, and BeatEdit for Audition. The core idea across all three is the same: analyze a music track, detect its beats, and place markers in the timeline so you can cut, animate, or edit in rhythm without manually scrubbing through waveforms.

For Premiere Pro editors specifically, BeatEdit 2 detects beats in a music track and represents them as sequence or clip markers. You can use those markers as a guide for manual cutting, or let the tool generate automatic cuts synced to the beat. Useful for music videos, highlight reels, social content, and any project where the edit needs to breathe with the music.

Key Features

Beat detection and marker generation. The tool analyzes your audio and places markers at detected beats. You can subdivide beats, randomize marker selection, or target rhythm peaks rather than every downbeat, giving you control over the density and feel of the edit.

Auto-editing in Premiere Pro. Beyond just placing markers, BeatEdit 2 for Premiere Pro can automate cuts, syncing clip edits directly to the detected beat markers. This is particularly handy for fast-turnaround projects like event highlight reels.

After Effects integration. The After Effects version extends beyond markers into keyframe-based controls: wiggle to the beat, stagger layers, repeat keyframes, simulate stop-motion, and use retempo and interpolation options for more nuanced rhythm animation.

Audition music editing. The Audition component helps with music-specific tasks: matching the tempo of two songs, editing track length, and looping music tracks cleanly using beat markers as edit points.

Batch marker tools. Across the suite, you can create, move, and delete markers in batch operations rather than one at a time.

Who It’s For

This bundle makes most sense if you work across After Effects and Premiere Pro regularly, or if you also edit music in Audition. If your work is purely in Premiere Pro, BeatEdit 2 for Premiere Pro is also available as a standalone purchase. The bundle is aimed at editors cutting music videos, social content, event recaps, or motion designers animating to a track.

Free trials are available for all three tools before buying.

The bundle is a one-time purchase at $199.97, saving $150 off the combined individual prices of $349.97. Individual tools are also sold separately:
