What It Does

Stock Search Pro is a panel extension by LetsMotion that puts a stock media browser directly inside Premiere Pro (and other Creative Cloud apps). Instead of switching between your browser and your editor to find and download assets, you search from within the panel and drop files straight into your project.

All assets come with royalty-free licenses suitable for commercial and non-commercial work. Attribution to the original artist is required.

Key Features

Video Search. Pull unlimited stock footage from providers like Pixabay directly into your timeline. Useful for B-roll, background clips, or filler footage in YouTube videos and commercial projects.

Image Search. Find and import still images without opening a browser tab. Handy when you need a quick background texture or reference image mid-edit.

GIF Search. Browse and download GIFs for social media content or motion graphics overlays.

Icon Search. Locate vector icons for use in title sequences or explainer-style videos.

Music and Sound Effects. Added in v1.1.0, this tab gives access to a sound effects library for quick audio needs, covering everything from ambience to stingers.

Download Manager. Tracks your downloaded files so you can manage and locate assets without digging through your file system.

The panel works across After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign as well, so one license covers your full Creative Cloud setup.

Who It’s For

Editors who regularly need free stock assets, especially solo creators, YouTubers, and freelancers working on tight timelines, will get the most out of this. It removes the context-switching involved in sourcing media from sites like Pixabay or Giphy manually. It is less useful for teams with existing stock subscriptions or those who need premium, curated footage libraries.

A free trial is available, limited to the image and icon tabs for 10 days.

Pricing

Stock Search Pro is a one-time purchase at $29.99 for a Single User License, which covers installation on up to two computers used by one person. A Floating Server License option is also available for shared environments.
