What It Does
This is a library of hand-drawn, frame-by-frame 2D special effects, covering categories like explosions, sparks, and other action-style visuals. In Premiere Pro, the effects are delivered as .mogrt files and work through the free Premiere Composer panel. You drag them directly onto your timeline and customize from there.

Key Features
Hand-drawn at 30 fps. Every effect is drawn frame by frame, not generated procedurally. The frame rate can be adjusted downward to match a lower-fps aesthetic.
Vector source files. Effects are built from vector .swf files created in Adobe Animate, so they scale to any resolution without quality loss.
Customizable colors and controls. Each effect exposes its own Master Properties controls, letting you adjust colors and other parameters. You can also layer your own effects on top.
Premiere Composer integration. In Premiere Pro, the pack loads into the Premiere Composer panel and effects are available as .mogrt files, keeping your project organized and assets out of the main timeline bin.
Who It’s For
Motion graphics editors who work with cartoon, anime, or stylized content will get the most use here. The effects fit naturally in title sequences, lower-third punctuation, social media content, and any project that benefits from a hand-crafted, 2D animation aesthetic. They also work well layered over live footage for a mixed-media look.
