Pixel_Encoder reads the luminance values in your footage and generates pixel-based animations from them. Rather than simply scaling or pixelating your source material, it creates entirely new visual output driven by the brightness data in each frame. That distinction matters practically: you can feed in 1080p footage, change your composition size to 4K, and the output holds up because the effect is generating new pixel patterns rather than upscaling existing ones.
