What It Does
Transition Master 2 Basic is a free native transition plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. It works like a native drag-and-drop transition, letting you apply preset effects between clips or onto text and graphics such as title cards, lower thirds, and subtitles. Transitions created with the Pro version can be imported and used in Basic, which makes it a practical companion for teams where one editor owns Pro.
Key Features
40+ preset library. Basic includes 5 presets out of the box, and you can purchase additional preset packs from the ilumy store. Any presets exported from Transition Master 2 Pro are also importable.
Native behavior. The plugin integrates as a native transition rather than a workaround, so applying it feels consistent with how Premiere handles built-in transitions.
Text and graphic support. Works on video clips as well as text layers and graphic elements, which makes it useful for animating lower thirds or title cards on and off screen.
